Mid-Century Modern Ranch Home TOTALLY Renovated. This home is country living at it's finest with crops on two sides and frequent visits from the local deer herd yet minutes from shopping and dining. From the new fireplace to the gas stove and great kitchen layout, it is the perfect place to crash when mom just has too many things in her house to fit all the kids and the grandkids don't want to sleep on the floral sofa with plastic covering.
This space has been 100% first class remodeled. New and upgraded electric offers EV charging in garage. For medical folks traveling on contract, we are willing to offer a 2 week cancelation policy. We love our critters and want you to have yours with you during your stay but we do ask that we have a discussion prior to agreeing. The yard and exterior are still a work in progress. We literally ran out of summer to finish the outside so forgive the ongoing progress on exterior.
The kitchen has all new appliances. A Bosh dishwasher, full size fridge and a double gas oven/range round out the kitchen appliances. The kitchen has gourmet cookware and a great apron sink. The water is well water that is softened as well as at point RO water at sink and fridge/icemaker. Every thing is here to allow you to be a chef on your terms! The Kitchen is designed to watch sunrises and sip coffee or entertain friends in the evening. No detail has been spared. This is truly your home away from home. The living room hosts a brand new fireplace as well as a 65" HD smart TV along with Italian leather sofa/loveseat and chair. The sleeping areas are all very quiet, private and all have brand new beds/linens. The bathroom was completed deleted and reformatted to include full size washer/dryer, tiled floors and great light. The basement has the fourth bedroom and a bathroom (still under construction as of 12/15/2023 but functional) as well as a pool table and bar with LOTS of space. Coming soon will be a workout room with weights and cardio as well as a quiet space for Yoga or meditation.
