About this house rental
Enjoy this near new three bedroom luxuriously appointed apartment fully furnished with all modern comforts, offering fabulous views overlooking the newly built Marina and ocean views.
An easy walk to restaurants & shopping. Take a lovely walk or jog around the marina and surrounding park areas. Close to beaches and Killalea tate Park.
The quaint Shellharbour Village is only three minutes drive with more restaurants on offer as well as at tourist centre. Enjoy !!!

The apartment boasts all new appliances, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories. The apartment has had numerous 'Wow' reactions from our guests, as the reality is greater than the photos :)

The entire apartment is available to book, with access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment comes with one secure undercover parking space. In addition there is external parking opposite the Waterfront Tavern. Woolworths, specialty shops including bakery and pharmacy are just downstairs. Also down stairs are with cafes, restaurants and Tavern .

We really enjoyed our stay. The appartments is very well appointed and in an excellent position to really enjoy shell cove and all it has to offer.
Would definitely recommend it. And will stay there again
