This was an absolute gem of a location. Our views were unparalleled, and the few other guests we encountered during our stay were absolutely lovely. This was our first visit to Long Beach, and we're already looking to come back!

Ocean view was fantastic, 180 degrees view. Close enough to walk to the beach. The room was clean and contained all items for cooking and eating. List of room contents was very complete and accurate. Note the storage room door is to the right of the main entrance. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall, a great place to just chill out, watch the waves, enjoy the sunsets. We spent all of our time in the recliners just looking at the view. Unit was comfortable and well equipped. One negative is the lack of storage in bedroom - no dresser or placer to unpack small items. Also needs instructions for TV package and washer/dryer operation. Needs open shelves in comer of on both sides of bed. Had to buy air freshener for bldg elevator as carpet very musty,

This unit wasn't clean. There was little black beetles dead and alive. The floor under the kitchen table was dirty as were all the little tables. The baseboards and heater vents were dirty and it was advertised that there was a working gas fireplace and it was not working.
