Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 22m² studio is located on the 1st floor, without a lift, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 10th arrondissement seduces as much by its lively and colourful side as by its historical heritage. Indeed, one reaches these places through the famous Porte Saint-Denis, a triumphal arch with sumptuous bas-reliefs built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. And as you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs. Don't miss also the unusual view of the smallest house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. Children and adults alike will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" in a former earthenware factory.

: Comfortable sofa bed, good location, near several stations. Studio had all the things wee needed, even coffee was left for us. Vibrant area, with lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants.
Check in was done by collecting key from local business.
Very small bathroom, noisy building.

Emplacement magnifique pret du métro et le super marché Lidell a 2m à pied métro 5m voisinage respectable endroit calme et propre le seul problème c ci tu et arrive le 1er jour après 22h tu peut pas récupérer les clé car il sent chez une lavret et la lavret ferme à 22h et le propriétaire de la lavret c un homme méchant et il n pas serviable et il vas pas t’aider pour te donner les clet après 22h énuqua de retard d’arriver c un homme méchant et il n pas respectable il même ci t un malade avec toi pour l vas te laisser passer la nuit dhor il n pas humain
