Outside, the flat has a terrace equipped with table furniture and 4 chairs, (where you can eat) and a garden exclusive to the flat, which is surrounded by a flower bed with two deck chairs for sunbathing.
The property can be reached from via Gardesana (main road running alongside the lake) and has a covered garage with one parking space for each flat, reception and communal swimming pool. We would like to inform you that there is a garden (area with olive trees) with the possibility of walking and for the needs of dogs and there are containers for depositing bags. To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. The village and beach are about 150 m away and can be reached via a footpath adjacent to the complex. In the centre of the village/town with restaurants and a supermarket there is a boat stop and also a bus stop. .
