Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!
Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.
Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

Bit of a quirky set up, but we dig unique. Top floor balcony view of canal, marina, wildlife, drawbridge and tiki restaurant on one side… swimming pool and freeway on the other. Unit could use updating but most everything was functional and clean. Thanks for the stay

Our stay was nice and the condo was cute and conveniently located to the port for cruising. My only two complaints is that I was told it was a “pull out sofa”. The unit had a pull out trundle bed, which was not good for adults sleeping that close to the floor. In addition, trundle beds are also smaller in length and width.The other complaint was the cleanliness. There was a wet towel behind the master bedroom door. The condo could have also been cleaner and smelled fresh upon site. Again as stated the condo is quite cute, but it could use a better cleaning service or either a deep cleaning every quarter in addition to regular cleaning. There were sufficient towels, but the unit also needed washcloths.I will say they have great and fast customer service. We had assistant with getting into the unit with the smart lock key code. I called and was immediately assisted and provided additional options with utilizing the lockbox located on the unit.
