PETS
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking.
PARKING:
3-4 mid size vehicles max
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first!)
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY indoors - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The entire house is yours!
You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties
The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

Very nice house and great for large groups and hosting. Easy walk to the beach but I could see it being harder to cross the street to the beach when there is a lot of traffic. Our stay was in early Feb so not much traffic. Clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the pots and pans you need however little scarce of other cooking items although it is just a rental so can’t expect to much but they had what I needed. The host was super nice and responsive to all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!

The home was such a great fit for our family of 5 and our dog. Check-in was a breeze and communication was prompt from the owner. The downstairs bedroom was great for my elderly mom so she didn't have to climb the stairs. The second level had a beautiful master bedroom with a spacious and luxurious master bath. The extra guestroom was a plus for my teen to have her own king-size bed and bathroom. The bonus game room was the icing on the cake for my kids with bunk beds, a living room area, and an outdoor deck. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the street and close to restaurants. Unfortunately, we chose to leave earlier than planned because of the hurricane coming that way but we hope to stay at this rental again.

This is our first time in 15 years staying at another property in PCB. We have always stayed at the same place. Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Communication with the property manager was a huge plus! He even gave his personal number for any issues we might have while he was out of town! The property was clean and in close proximity to the beach and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again! The only thing I would change since it is a pet friendly property, would be to add a fence on the right side so that the back is completely fenced. But this would definitely not hinder me from staying here again!
