A funky yet modern vibe—refreshingly weird might be one way to describe it.

It is an architectural rarity with lots of luxury. It was originally designed and built by an architect / land developer. The original glory is still largely in tact with a bit of a updated and modern flair. After having spent hours in the property I still walk through it with a bit of wonder and awe. It's a tad odd but a bit awe inspiring.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The property is in a relatively quiet area. There are other houses around, some of which you can see. However you have relative privacy and your own oasis.

Circuses (lol), hoedowns, loud parties, big music speakers, lots of screaming and hollering does not contribute to that. By all means have fun and enjoy yourself but just be mindful. The property and neighborhood is amazing.

This is not the place to live it up and cause havoc. Rather it is the place to come and relax, connect with friends and family, be refreshed, have fun, get exercise, play some competitive games, go swimming, steam yourself with the sauna, roast marshmellows around the firepit, etc etc. Have fun by all means but just consider your surroundings. THINGS TO NOTE | SAFETY & CONSIDERATIONS
● 14 guest max for nighttime. 10 additional guests allowed to visit during daytime.
● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically.
● A $500 security deposit is required which is processed electronically.
● Indoor pool is heated to maintain a temp of 82-84° and is open year round. Outdoor pool is not heated and is open from around the middle of May to the end of Sept.
● Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are open year round.
● Children should not be left unattended. There are two pools and a pond on the property
● We do consider allowing photography shoots but must be arranged beforehand
● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area
● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside of the building.
● Noise monitoring devices. Detect disruptive or destructive noise levels i.e. illegal parties.

$2000 fine for causing any kind of neighborhood disturbances. Noise that can be heard by a neighbor is strictly prohibited.

POLICIES:
1. NO unregistered guests in or on the premises
2. NO parties or events without express written permission
3. NO smoking, vaping or other similar activities
4. NO pets unless otherwise expressly permitted
6. NO food or drinks in the bedroom(s) or bedroom area(s).
7. NO open flames or candles
8. NO rearranging of furniture or furnishings
9. NO drunkenness or excessive drinking
10. NO use of mind-altering substances of any kind
11. NO using the premises for any illegal activity
12. NO using the premises for purposes other than short-term residential purposes
13. NO loud or excessive noise (this is during all hours)
14. NO tampering with any security or surveillance device(s)
15. NO use of explosives or potentially hazardous substances
16. Respect quiet time between 10pm and 6am. This means hushed tones if on the outside.
17. Respect the check-in and check-out times
