In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach, south facing position. Private: terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 4.2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Ambolo" 1 km, nudist beach 500 m. Tennis 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
