Large, very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Deltamar". In the district of El Montañar I, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: with lawn, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km, shingle beach "El Montanyar" 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, surf school 200 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Loved our stay at this property. Location was super with lovely sea view. No lift but the stairs have good handrails.
Interhome Javea was great to deal with as well.

Deltamar is a luxurious apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Furniture fitting etc are all of a very high standard. In a very busy area as La Siesta beach bar is just across the road. Easy walking distance to bars & restaurants.
