The staff at the complex were lovely. The gym and free shuttle were great extras.
There is a “pre checkout” process. No details were given other than someone would come to do pre checkout the day before we left. A local woman came, asked to come in then walked around through every part of the apartment, inspecting towels and un making beds to inspect the sheets. My children were getting dressed and it was a really uncomfortable experience that made no sense. Having someone pick through our dirty towels then leave with no explanation felt like an invasion of privacy.
No regular cleaning is provided and a number of fixtures in one of the bathrooms didn’t work (shower head holder and the nozzle to change between fittings). TVs had no signal.
