Tágas, vadiúj apartman. Rendkívül tiszta, jól felszerelt, kényelmes. Sok szekrény, pakoló hely. Nagy erkély, kilátás a hegyekre (Bormio 2000). Mosgógép, mosogatógép, tablettával. Kávéfőző, ajándék kapszulával. Alapvető fűszerek főzéshez, tea. A házzal szemben bicikliút, patakpart. Ingyenes parkolás kívül a házzal szemben, bent a garázsban fizetős. Kedves, rugalmas szállásadó.
Nem a legjobb hangszigetelés, a lépcsőház nagyon visszhangos és behallatszik a zaj, ami késő este zavaró. Számunkra kissé zavaró volt a cross motor zaja amit a gyerekek rendszeresen a ház előtt használtak, de amint ezt jeleztük csökkent a zavaró zaj.

Casa molto bella a 2 Km dal centro storico di Bormio, raggiungibile in 5 minuti con auto o 20 minuti di splendida passeggiata. Il trilocale al primo piano, preso in affitto per 4 giorni nel periodo pasquale, è ben diviso ed altrettanto bene arredato da artigiani locali nel tipico stile degli chalet montani. Letti molto comodi, WiFi e doppia TV (in soggiorno e in camera), parcheggio riservato lungo la strada e, con modesto supplemento, anche coperto, vicinissima (soli 50 metri) alla splendida ciclopedonale lungo l’Adda con la quale, volendo, puoi arrivare in bici fino a Colico, sul Lago di Como…
