The riverfront setting is excellent—beyond compare. The hot tub room is awesome & was greatly enjoyed. Owner was very responsive.
There were some condition issues, that prevented this gem from scoring 10, including broken screening on the porch that made sitting outside difficult due to bugs. Also some windows have stripped cranks. None of the decks, outdoor furniture & cushions had been cleaned. Also, it has 3 bedrooms but it should be noted 2 are interconnected. You need to walk through one to get to another & the shared bathroom is in the first bedroom. It’s a great set up for a couple & their children. A little notebook on how to operate things, including unusual door locks, emergency numbers, etc. would be a plus.
