Нам дуже сподобалось в Gut Apartament. Було все необхідне, по-домашньому, на кухні є все необхідне, дуже зручно , чисті рушники, постіль, багато подушок і пледів - почуваєшься дуже затишно і як вдома. Дуже сподобався домашній кінотеатр-дивились фільми . В ванній кімнаті є все необхідне: фен, засоби для гігієни, гель для душу і т.п. Е вихід на балкон з двох кімнат, з вікон прекрасний краєвид і вид на татри . До ж/д станції максимум 10ʼ, ми їздили в Закопане потягом -4 хвилини ! - це дуже зручно!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Lage waren in Ordnung. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort und die Schlüsselübergabe haben problemlos funktioniert.
Leider kam es kurz vor der Anreise zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation: Etwa eine Stunde vor dem Check-in kontaktierte uns die Gastgeberin mit der Bitte um eine nachträgliche Preiserhöhung unter Hinweis auf einen angeblichen Systemfehler. Diese Forderung haben wir höflich und schriftlich abgelehnt. Am darauffolgenden Tag erhielten wir dennoch erneut einen Anruf zu diesem Thema. Die kurzfristige und wiederholte Kontaktaufnahme empfanden wir als sehr stressig und unpassend.
