Die Lage ist super, nahe dem Plaza de la constitucion. Insgesamt ruhig, von den anderen Hausbewohnern ist kaum etwas zu hören. Küchenausstattung ist auch hervorragend, sogar eine Teekanne ist vorhanden (selten in Ferienwohnungen). Sogar Erstversorgung mit Wasser, blanco de verano war im Kühlschrank. Ausreichend Bügel im Kleiderschrank.
Das Bett hatte an einer Seite etwas "Schlagseite", so dass es nicht super bequem war.
