Hostal Porxos Garden

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Friendly staf and owner. I like that its small and you can quite easy have a chit chat with other guests. Fresh breakfast.

On the streetside its noisy. Make sure the balcony Doors are shut tight and wear earplugs. My partner had no trouble sleeping.

A lovely little hotel in the center of Barcelona with clean, beautiful interior preserving the beauty of the building. The staff was lovely, the interior was amazing, the view from the garden was beautiful, and my stay was overall one of the best I’ve had in Barcelona!

The walls are very thin, as expected in an old building, so you can hear all the neighbors. But all the neighbors were also extremely respectful and quiet so it did not bother me at all.

It was our first time visiting Barcelona, and we were very lucky to have chosen this hotel! The location is excellent — the beach, the Old Town, and many of Barcelona’s main attractions are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, and you can immediately feel how much care and attention the owner puts into making guests feel welcome. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cozy, authentic interior created a wonderful atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and every question or request we had was taken care of immediately. We were especially impressed by the beautiful rooftop garden, and it was an amazing surprise to later recognize this very place in Picasso’s works at the nearby museum! That made our stay feel even more special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place and for making our first visit to Barcelona so memorable!

Location near Barceloneta and easy to access metro and busses and beach

Being too close to main room in the night it was a bit too noisy even with double glazed window
