Miejsce koło parku super, apartament bardzo ładny, wszystko w nim było, lokalizacja też ekstra.
2tyg przed zaplanowanym pobytem dostałam informację, że moja opłacona rezerwacja jest niemożliwa i proponują coś innego...(Bez parkingu, gorsza lokalizacja) A pobyt rezerwowalam 3 miesiące szybciej, gdyż podróż była z niemowlakiem wszystkie pozostaje atrakcje były już opłacone więc nie było mowy o zmianę lokalizacji. Kontakt z personelem był beznadziejny - nie chcieli pomóc, było im wszystko jedno, wręcz nalegali abym odwołała, żeby nie miec konsekwencji. Po interwencji bookingu jakimś cudem apartament był dostępny...brak szacunku i kpina. Nigdy czegoś takiego nie doświadczyłam.
