Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra-centrum Bystrzycy Kłodzkiej. Bardzo blisko do rynku,supermarketów, piekarni i innych usług. Mieszkanie składa się z dwóch pokoi.Dostępny darmowy,duży parking przy obiekcie. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, na ostatnim piętrze w budynku ( jest winda ). Naprawdę polecam to miejsce i ogólnie Bystrzycę Kłodzką , jako ładne małe miasto i bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Kotliny Kłodzkiej.
Właściwie to nie ma się czego czepiać , drobnostki np: Przydałyby się lampki nocne bo główne oświetlenie jest za mocne, jakaś półka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem. Sztućce były trochę niedomyte. W mieszkaniu nie ma klimatyzacji, ( a były upały )więc jest dość gorąco.
