The location and the fact we had secure parking just a 5 min walk away. The Bolhão market a 4 min walk away provided us with all the fresh food and produce we needed. The rest of the old town was an easy walk and so much to see and do. The apartment was secure and we felt very safe . Public transport easy access as well . I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore Porto .

Beautiful apartment Good localization

The property had an excellent location and was very close to the Bolhão market and Rua Santa Catarina. There were countless restaurant options around. The apartment was well stocked with everything you needed, including a dishwasher, AC, and washer/dryer unit. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The communication with the property was prompt and excellent. They resolved any issues within a couple of hours. One time, a few families were locked outside of the building, and once telephoned, a staff member was there within 5 minutes to solve the problem. They were very accommodating for our baby and provided a portable crib and high chair. There were several other young families in the building as well. We stayed for nearly two weeks and had a cleaning mid stay which was appreciated!

The only issue, which several others have mentioned, is the poor soundproofing of the unit. We had a young baby and used a white noise machine for her so we didn’t notice the car sounds as much at night, but during the day it was certainly noticeable. I would recommend ear plugs or a noise machine if you are sensitive to street noises at night.

The property is lovely, everything brand new, with a good location from everything.

The property soundproofing is awful, this was something that I got really surprised. Being in a central location is normal for you to hear a little bit more outside noise, but in this property you can hear everything from the outside. The windows are double glazed, but the frame choice was not the best. It’s a shame that I couldn’t give a bigger rate, because of something like this.
