Location is fantastic 50m from king’s road, building is secure, decor is simple fresh and well lit, host was very responsive.
Bedding and pillows need improvement.

The location was good, just off Kings Road. The flat was comfortable.
I was not sent directions to get to the flat although there was a map with a pin to identify the road. An offer to pick me up at Heathrow Airport was made but at a significant cost. The check-in time is 1600. I eventually found the building. After trying to contact the landlord (it has a company looking after the flat) I talked to the concierge of the building who eventually managed to contact a woman in the building who let me in. The Wifi and TV did not work initially but the guy sent over in the evening managed to sort out the problems after a number of hours. The sink was blocked throughout my stay. All messages I sent took appropriately 24 hours to answer.
