Perfect space for our 2 year old to play and roam. Small living space but we didn’t need much as spent 90% of our time exploring the grounds or enjoying outside.

The location is great for exploring the New Forest and the coast, all within a short drive (10 mins). Sway is a lovely village and great pub (Hare & Hounds).
We liked that there was a hot tub available.
Easy parking right outside the property.
We were disappointed with the standard of accommodation based on how much it was for two nights, approx a 4* hotel price.
Levels of cleanliness weren’t great. Upon arrival, there were 2 damp towels hanging in the bathroom. Beds not as comfortable as expecting. Toiletries provided was Lynx 3-in-1. Used coffee capsule still in machine. A small welcome pack (milk, bread) would have been expected, even if not listed. We discovered mice were accessing cupboard under sink, bin liners shredded each night.
