Amazing grounds, so peaceful lots to explore

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, situated centrally within the New Forest and only 8 miles from the coast. The facilities are a true paradise for children, featuring a treehouse, a sandbox, and many other amenities. Furthermore, the owners were very helpful yet remained discreetly in the background, which we truly appreciated.

The property was very lovely and well-equipped, and I overall enjoyed the stay. However, I wanted to bring to your attention that the kitchen and the dishes were not very clean when we arrived.

I liked the communication with the hosts. Quick replies. Although you don't really see them. Which although a little strange, was kind of nice at the same time. Key was left in door and your room is good to go. Kids loved the garden, and all in the garden is usable, badminton, trampoline, feeding fish and goats was good also. People comment on the privacy factor here, as the hosts live beside you and there home is right next to the hot tub. For us this did not bother my family and we just cracked on, but it may be an issue for others. So worth bearing in mind.

Bunk beds were hard... and a lot of the decking where your accommodation sits and around the grounds...needs some good tlc, and repairing in places. Not a major flaw. Just a little tired looking. Kitchen appliances a little tired and shabby....so didn't use the kitchen. And although small, maybe leaving some milk and bread for guests arrivals would go along way.....
