There is one parking space in front of 105. On the corner of the B building across from 105 there are additional spots. These spots are on a first come first serve basis. You may park 1 additional vehicle, no trailers.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.

As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials.
