Good location, clean, comfortable beds

The kitchen was poorly equipped (limited utensils/cookware), and the oven didn't work. The lighting in the main room (as well as the kitchen) was dim.

the location is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the metro station, so many great restaurants are nearby. safe neighborhood.

the wifi is too slow it must have a separate router from the other room. kitchen utensils are limited. cleanliness must be improved.

L’équipement à revoir complètement (plaque de cuisson ne marche pas, four également, ampoules à acheter pour avoir de la lumière …) Le propriétaire gère les réservations à distance, et ne répond pas aux réclamations de ses hôtes.

Superbe séjour passé à Paris, logement familial sympa et spacieux.

Emplacement super, à proximité du métro et différents petits commerces. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur.

Il manquait quelques éléments dans la cuisine : ouvre boite, économe, presse-purée, torchons et de la vaisselle pour éviter de faire tourner le lave vaisselle avec seulement 4 ou 5 couverts.

Ruhige Wohnung, beste Lage

Tolle Lage, ruhige Seitenstraße, sichere Gegend, viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Besonders die vielen kleinen Bäckereien sollte man testen. Morgens riecht es überall nach Baguettes und Croissants. Nähe Metro Danfert-Rochereau. Tour Montparnasse ca. 15 Min zu Fuß mit toller Aussicht. Zu Fuß bis zum Eifelturm ca. 1 h. Sehr sauber, bis auf die Dusche. Halten direkt vor dem Haus zum Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Abholen und Abgeben des Schlüssels unkompliziert in Hotel um die Ecke.

Essen an dem niedrigen Couchtisch ist sehr unbequem. Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Backofen und Spülmaschine defekt. Dusche mit schimmligen Fugen und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Nächste Parkmöglichkeit weit entfernt, Q-Park Judo ist zu Fuß oder mit der Metro 30 Min.

NO TIENE HABITACIÓN

Bien ubicado, buena zona y cerca de los sitios turísticos y de interés, a pie o metro.

La descripción es un engaño. Es un estudio, no tiene dormitorio privado, cuando llamamos al propietario diciéndole que necesitábamos esa habitación porque viajamos con un bebé que tiene sus propias necesidades nos dijo que todos los apartamentos tienen la misma distribución, que lo que describe como sala de estar es la cocina... Así que no os dejéis engañar. Decir que según nos comentó nos cambió a un apartamento más grande, por eso sabíamos que tenía más y preguntamos por uno con una habitación y no un estudio con todas las camas juntas. El apartamento estaba sucio, los nórdicos y las sábanas, yo aseguraría que no las lavaron de una vez a otra porque tenían cercos de manchas... Para entrar al baño tiene el suelo de madera levantado lo cual es peligroso, y más si vas con niños o personas con movilidad reducida.

O apartamento está localizado em um ótimo bairro de Paris , com supermercados e restaurantes próximos . Tem duas estações de metrô bem próximo do apartamento que levam a qualquer lugar de Paris . O apartamento é espaçoso e com cozinha completa , tem até máquina de lavar ! Muito bom recomendo .

O chuveiro , difícil de tomar banho , mas é o padrão de Paris .

Buena ubicación pero instalaciones un poco descuidadas

La ubicación está muy buena, fácil de acceder al metro. Tiene una calle llena de restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca. Hay que pasar varias puertas de acceso para llegar al apartamento lo cual me parece seguro.

El apartamento necesita mejoras, incluso cosas que han sido comentadas aquí, siguen si arreglarse. A pesar de que no es que el lugar incómodo de quedarse, definitivamente las instalaciones necesitan arreglos. En la ducha se estanca el agua rápidamente. El piso está levantado al inicio del baño, lo cual en la noche puede ser peligroso. Los utensilios de cocina son pocos pero si hay. Claro que por el precio, casi no se encuentran lugares así en Paris. Y si necesitan contactar al encargado cuesta mucho que conteste.

Je déconseille fortement ce logement

Très mauvaise expérience. Tout d’abord nous récupérons les clefs à l’hôtel Telemaque ou le personnel est très désagréable et pour laisser les clefs n’en parlons pas. L’appartement n’était pas propre du tout encore des traces sur les toilettes que nous avons s nous même nettoyer, la douche aussi sale et très glissante pour y sortir. Le linge de lit était malodorant ainsi que les serviettes de bains et nous n’avions même pas de petites serviettes. Nous avons trouvé un petit cafard dans la salle de bain. Le parquet complètement abîmé surtout devant la salle de bain de ce fait risque de chute. Très peu de luminaires également.

Appartamento comodo, ma non bellissimo, in un quartoere meraviglioso.. qualità prezzo buona, consigliato

La posizione era magnifica, vicino alla fermata della metro e in un quartiere tranquillo e molto bello. L’host è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile nelle nostre richieste e anche molto gentile.

Il bagno era molto piccolo e anche un po’ vecchio. Proprio davanti alla porta del bagno c’erano pezzi di parquet rialzati dal pavimento che venivano via. Curerei un pochino di più la pulizia dell’appartamento
