Place was clean and reasonably comfortable but heating and loud music really spoilt our stay

Freezing cold when arrived loads of messing getting the heating on, lumpy beds, noisy neighbours. Cluttered shelves with bedding on , chaotic boiler room, electric extension too near the washing machine. Location poor, too near flyover and in residential block with all sorts of people in and out

Lovely apartment with central location

Modern yet cosy, generally clean, lots of extra amenities, good size with everything you’d need in the kitchen

The main double bed is two beds put together, dirt under the sofas and the bathroom. We run out of toilet roll and couldn’t find any

Cosy & Spacious!

The property is very close to St Margaret’s Bus/Coach Station and close to the heart of Leicester with only a few minutes walk to everywhere! We only used cab once when going to a place a little further into Leicester! The property itself was exactly as depicted and very spacious enough for myself and my girls who came back to Leicester as a little staycation! Very spacious, clean and amazing stay!

It looked exactly like the pictures posted, very clean, all the essentials needed to make living easy were made available .Fresh bed sheets and towels in all rooms .

This was our second time booking this apartment and we are really grateful everything was just perfect. Adam keep it up. The apartment is always clean and well furnished. The communication was awesome and Adam is always responsive. Awesome and perfect is all I can say.

Nice comfortable apartment 5 min walk from city centre.

The apartment is large and comfortable. The lifts work fine and the building is quiet. All the facilities inside the apartment are modern and in good working order. We couldn't fault the apartment at all. There's parking nearby at an NCP just over the road and it is a very reasonable price. The host was really good pre booking explaining the car park situation and any other questions we had. All in it was a very comfy stay and all very straightforward.

Beautiful apartment suitable for family of 4

Clean, nice decorated and spacious apartment just 5 minutes walk to the center. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication was really fast and helpful with the hosts. Heating was great!

Water mixing was not working properly in one of the showers. Not very comfortable beds. A £200 security deposit is required before check in, which is returned few days after check out.
