Alkistis Luxury Apartment

I really liked the open planning of the apartment so the whole family could enjoy the time together. Also the bathroom was very roomy and looked great. The neighbourhood was quiet. Nice and clean

For our short stay our experience was good. For longer stay a place with better view and bigger balcony would be nice. The tap in toilet was little runny. Otherwise the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The host was very attentive and stayed in constant contact. Before we arrived, they explained all the instructions in detail. There was also a printed manual in the house, which shows that the host is very organized. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the living room has a cozy sofa bed. The location is quite good. It’s not on a central street, but it’s a calm and quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop about 250 meters away, and a metro station is around 500 meters from the apartment. Parking on this street is difficult to find, but there is a paid, 24-hour parking lot about 200 meters away

For heating, there is only an air conditioner. It was enough for this space, but for me, heating with an AC is uncomfortable because it makes the air dry. We visited in March and it was powerful enough for the right temperature, but I'm not sure if it would be enough in the winter. This is just my personal preference.

Casa nuovissima. Funzionale e dotata di ogni confort, si trova a 6-7 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Neos Kosmos linea rossa e a circa 15 minuti dalla centralissima piazza Syntagma. Proprietaria disponibilissima e cordiale. Consigliatissimo
