Motel Tremblant

Le personnel est la meilleure partie. ils sont sympathiques et ils m'ont permis d'entrer dans ma chambre une heure plus tôt. J'étais parti précipitamment le lendemain pour une réunion et j'ai oublié ma liseuse. J'ai appelé le lendemain et ils l'ont gardé en sécurité jusqu'à mon retour pour le récupérer. J'ai vraiment apprécié cela. lI est proche de toutes les commodités de Mont Tremblant. Surtout, ça vaut le bon prix. Staff is the best part. They are friendly and they allowed me into my room an hour early. I had left in a rush the next day for a work event and I forgot my e-reader. I called the next day and they kept it safe for me until I returned to retrieve it. I really appreciated that. It's close to all Mont Tremblant amenities. Overall, it's worth the good price.

Malheureusement, la piscine était en construction. La seule petite chose que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que l'eau était coupée la nuit. Je ne pouvais pas me doucher, me brosser les dents ou tirer la chasse d'eau entre minuit et 5 heures du matin. Sadly the pool was under construction. The only small thing I wasn't a fan of was the water was shut off at night. I couldn't shower, brush my teeth, or flush the toilet between midnight and 5am.

Les lits sont super confortables. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent

La taille du bain n'est pas adéquate si vous voulez prendre un bain et les oreillers trops mous.

Le propriétaire était très sympathique et a travaillé à notre confort.

Good location

Very old motel and time for renovation . I had booked 2 rooms and asked for cancellation for 1 room as some of my friends couldn’t join. Motel refused my cancellation request as time has passed by and said no refund possible . so we had to take both rooms with less people . However after paying for both rooms, motel has accepted free cancellation request from booking.com when the payment is already done. Clear misleading directions from motel to booking.com. Booking.com thinks motel accepted free cancellation request but actually we paid for both rooms :)
