Enjoy a Cozy 3 BR/Clubhouse/Near Disney and more

Minha unica preocupação foi que chegamos em Orlando, e nao tinhamos os dados da casa, como senha do portao, senha da porta ETC. Em outras casas que alugamos em viagens anteriores essas informaçoes eram passadas uma semana na antes da nossa chegada. Eu tive que ligar para entender que esses dados seriam passados por volta das 15:00 horas. ( Ficamos preocupados). De resto estava excelente. OBS: O sensor de fumaca na entrada da escada estava pendurado, pede para encaixa-lo no lugar!! Somente observamos isso fora do lugar.

Tudo foi excelente, não ha reclamação.

Alles aan het huis is netjes verzorgd. Het is schoon, ruikt lekker als je binnen komt en de bedden zijn super. De ligging is fantastisch.

Alles was goed. Niks te klagen.

El departamento es muy lindo. Comodo y confortable. La ubicacion a laos parques de Disney y Univresal es muy buena. EN ningun caso me llevo mas de 25 minutos. Hay centros comerciales cerca y lugares para cenar. Muy bien +++

1- El domicilio esta mal indicado. Si pones en tu GPS "8987 Shine Drive, Kissimee" te lleva al paredon de barrio. No hay forma de entrar por alli. La direccion que hay que indicar es "West Lucaya Village Resort" y luego adentro de lbarrio buscar la puerta de entrada. Deberian haberlo explicado mejor. 2 - La mayoria de las casas, por no decir todas, tienen el estacionamiento en la puerta de la casa. La casa #8987 no lo tiene cerca. Hay que caminar mas de 30 metros cada vez que quieres acceder a la puerta de tu casa o ir al auto. Esto lo deberiarn haber explicado antes. Tuvimos que cargar valijas y tambien las bolsa del super y/o compras. Es MUY incomodo.

The price was lower than most places I had seen online and for the number of guests I had staying. I also liked the baby items such as the stroller, baby tub, stepstool, and playpen. The beds were comfy.

Tgis place has a lot of potential. I thought it could use some tlc. A little fresh paint, updated appliances such as the air fryer, tvs, etc. Maybe clean the carpets. You can't take baths, only showers. It is not ideal for smaller children. One tv had no cable box or apps. The TV in the master was broken. They did replace it right away. The water had a slow leak in the master bathroom, and the valve was shut off on the hot water side. We turned it on and discovered it leaked, so we turned it back off. The maintenance man never came to fix it. The person I spoke with also said I didn't mention the issue, but I did when we reported the TV. We just didn't know it leaked until days later when the water started to accumulate. I would also recommend better pots and pans. I'm not sure I would book again. Oh, and they have a few signs that mention extra charges for towels and opening a utility door. I've never seen that in any airbnbs I've stayed in, so beware.
