L’emplacement en bord de mer et proche du centre: On peut tout faire à pied. La piscine est très sympa et appréciable. Les terrains de pétanque sont un plus et le barman expert en cocktails et super sympa c’était la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous n’avons rien testé de la restauration.

Nous étions sur la partie hôtellerie, la chambre etait en rdc et refaite à neuve++, mais celle-ci manquait de luminosité naturelle, notre Clim faisait du bruit, nous entendions un peu nos voisins ET pour finir cette chambre manquait d’un lit en 160.

Mooie locatie en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het meisje bij de receptie was ook ontzettend aardig. Wij wilden graag drie dagen langer blijven, maar het hotel was eigenlijk volgeboekt. Ze heeft toch haar uiterste best gedaan om het voor ons te regelen, en het is haar uiteindelijk gelukt. We zijn haar daar erg dankbaar voor!

Posizione eccellente dell'appartamento, arredamento moderno e molto curato nei dettagli e gentilezza staff.

La procedura di check-in è un po' laboriosa perché richiede di verificare l'inventario dettagliato della casa. Inoltre, per maggiore tranquillità dell'ospite, sarebbe preferibile effettuare il controllo finale insieme al momento del check-out invece che in nostra assenza. Riguardo all'appartamento, poi, essendoci solo una grande portafinestra con un tendone scuro, per avere privacy dal passaggio delle persone si è costretti a chiuderla del tutto, rimanendo al buio. Basterebbe aggiungere una tenda bianca più leggera per risolvere il problema. Nonostante questo, alla nostra richiesta di maggiore privacy, lo staff si è dimostrato subito disponibile e ci ha prontamente cambiato l'appartamento con un monolocale in una posizione un po' più riservata.

The location was fantastic, right across from the beach, which made it so convenient. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good with a nice variety of options. The staff at the front desk and concierge were extremely helpful, and the restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly.

That said, the rooms were a big disappointment. The hotel advertises modern family rooms with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and updated amenities, but the room we stayed in was old, outdated, and nothing like the pictures on their website. The shower clogged easily, and overall the facilities did not match the 4-star rating — it felt more like a 3-star property. The bar staff were also unfriendly, which was surprising compared to the other staff.
