Great location for us! Close to family and a quick walk to the tram
An area for cooking would be incredible but we knew there was not one when we booked so it didn’t take away from our stay

Дуже гарне розташування,магазин 5 хвилин пішки ,трамвайна зупинка поруч і до самого центру 30 хвилин на прямому трамваї.Дуже мила та привітна господиня .

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, Übergabe perfekt geklappt, die Lage ist ebensfalls super, da gleich die Trambahn in der Nähe ist. Wohnraum ist gut ausgestattet
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen nicht so gut geeignet, da das zweite Zimmer ein sehr kleines Bett hat, ist idealer für eine Familie mit Kindern aber nicht 4 Erwachsene

Это новый частный дом, разделенный на 3 квартиры. Апартаменты очень уютные и чистые. На кухне есть электрочайник, микроволновка, кофемашина, маленький холодильник и посуда. Хозяйка Татьяна очень отзывчивая и всегда на связи. В квартире в декабре было тепло. В 500 метрах продуктовый магазин, в 5 минутах ходьбы трамвай номер 17 идущий до центра. Ооочень тихий район.
Недостатков нет.
