Het is een simpel, degelijk en heel conpleet appartement. Alles zit erin en alles werkt goed, maar het is soms wel passen en meten. Voor eeb gezin met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen is het perfect. Met meer volwassenen kan het krap worden. De liggjng is gunstig, waardoor je alles makkelijk en snel kan bereiken en je hebt een handige parkeerplek.
De hygiëne kan echt wel beter. We hebben best het een en ander moeten afwassen en poetsen toen we erin kwamen. Communicatie gaat helemaal via app en een soort guest portal. Dat is een beetje onpersoonlijk, maar wel heel effectief. Grootste nadeel is het feit dat de trein pal achter het appartement stopt met veel herrie. Ook sochtends vroeg en soms snachts. Dat is even wennen.

Het huis bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping met prachtige uitzicht aan beide kanten.
De watertemperatuur regeling werkt niet goed. Tijdens douchen is het water afwisselend te warm of te koud. De eethoek is gezellig, maar de zittingen va de stoel en bank zijn erg oud en doorgezakt.

Locatie vlak bij station en niet te ver rijden van skilift. Ook al ligt het gebouw vlak aan de hoofdweg, geen last van verkeer.
Inrichting en afwerking van kamers: meer haken, kasten voor kleren. Keuken was niet goed gereinigd (koelkast, dampkap,...) Uitrusting van keukengerei kan beter.
