Lussuoso Appartamento nel Cuore del Centro Storico

The apartment is gorgeous and the location can't be beaten, literally a one minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Host is so helpful always (it's our second time staying in one of his apartments) and very responsive to communication, just a really nice man! Beds are very comfortable and it's nice and quiet.

Would have loved a microwave and toaster, esecially travelling as a family but it wasn't a huge issue for us!

Well-located apartment, fairly spacious bedrooms.

Terrible customer service. The host did not answer any of my questions sent prior to arrival via Booking. Then upon arrival there was a problem with the front door lock and we couldn't access the building. Once we finally got inside, the apartment was nice, aside from the tiny and uncomfortable "sofa bed."

We loved the location right next to Piazza Maggiore and the space in the apartment. It was light and had a cute little balcony that was good for drying clothes. The bed was comfortable and the linen was very good quality. The building was old but very clean, the entrance filled with plants and a bench to sit on. The elevator is tiny and really only fits 2 people at a time. We were able to cook breakfast in the apartment but a microwave would be a great addition.

The checkin is very problematic! You have to rely on wifi and getting checkin details by email at the last minute. Not convenient at all. We had a lot of trouble getting the door code to work and other guests had the same problem. There is no dishwasher and guests were expected to do all dishes by hand and return them to cupboards . I had to buy dishwashing detergent to do this as only a tablespoon was left for a 5 day stay. Also there is not enough space between the toilet and the washing machine for an adult to sit properly … you have to sit sideways!

De locatie is echt geweldig. midden in het centrum. een van de kamers ligt aan de achterzijde en daardoor erg rustig. De ander aan de voorzijde, dus hier hoor je wel geluiden van de piazza. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en het is een heel ruim appartement. Ruimer dan gedacht op de foto's. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt (en in de straat) en de supermarkt ligt ook vlak bij.

Zoals al vaker geschreven door andere gasten is de bank aan vervanging toe. Hier kun je niet meer met gemak op zitten en al helemaal niet op slagen. De badkamer kan ook wel een upgrade gebruiken.
