The apartment is nice, convenient, and comfortable. It is very easy to go to the city center which is under 1km. Bus facility is less but when you follow the timings then everything is fine. They have their own parking place.
Well nothing much to complain as our stay is comfortable.

Great location. We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. It was clean and cozy.
However we had a terrible check-in experience. Unfortunately the receptionist (Jarda) showed a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude since the moment we entered the place. When we told her we had a reservation there, her answer was: "I don't think so", followed by unwelcoming faces and rude speech. In the end it turned out to be a mistake from their side, which made the situation even worse. From our point of view no one should be treated like this under any circumstances.
During the checkout we talked about it with the front desk manager who was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. However, an experience like this would make anyone think twice before staying there again.
