Wait'n on Sundown

When there was a problem, the office was responsive. Hannah was eager to please when she walked us around the house. We asked for an extension, and it was granted. The movie room was an extra. The elevator was helpful to get luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Location was fantastic. Stairs to the beach were at the condo.

We were advised early check-in at 1:00 would be available, but at 12:58, we were informed the home wouldn't be available until 4:00. We could have asked for late checkout at the previous vacation home if we had known. On the second day, the door code did not work. They advised that maintenance would not arrive for an hour. A few days later, we extended our stay, and someone forgot to extend the code, so we were locked out again. There were 3 remotes for the TV - no instructions. House details said there would be a Keurig, so we purchased pods - no Keurig. I strongly disagree with the expectation for renters to remove bedding and take out the trash, start dishwasher, etc. There was a POD blocking the view of the door, which made us feel a little unsafe.
