Really enjoyed our stay at Waterfall Cottage. The room layout is a little ‘quirky’ but we soon got used to it. Huge ga
Delightful character with lots of original features. Spacious rooms with a well equipped kitchen and various sitting rooms. Enormous garden, with lots of things in flower, just beautiful. Adele, who came to water the plants was really friendly and had a wealth of local knowledge.
The layout of the house is ‘quirky’, but it is an old house and is to be expected. Locks on the inside of the Jack n Jill bathroom would have been useful. Outside lights to the garden didn’t seem to work. Blinds are cheap quality and let a lot of light through - black out blinds and curtains would be better Lack of wardrobe space for downstairs bedroom Twin beds in one of the rooms would have also been a useful option, as not everyone who stays there are related.
