10 minutes walk to Louvre. Felt secure and nearby plenty of places to eat. Easy communication to get into room and any support I needed. An adequate, comfortable sized space if your sightseeing in Paris all day. Having a washing machine is very handy for a longer stay.
Just a few things for maintenance feedback shelf in shower is broken, hooks in bathroom were very loose. Stove exhaust fan light needs replacing.

Дуже гарний маленькі аппартаменти в 2 окрузі, в 7 хвилинах від Опери та Галереї Лафаєд. Аппартаменти хоч і маленькі, але дуже затешні. Є все ще потрібно , в посуд, і пральна машина. Навіть капці, гель для душу. Постіль та рушники були дуже чисті та мʼякі. Також що важливо і рідкість для Парижа, це заїзд у 14, в Парижі і в 16-17 дуже часто заїзд. Також є ліфт, теж дуже важливо і є можливість залишити речі свої.
Відповідали дуже швидко, допомагаючи у всіх питаннях. Від з номеру дуже гарний. Внизу краща кава у місті, поруч безліч класних кафе.
Єдино що не сподобалось, це ціна в 256€ за 1 ніч, але це літо у Парижі . А все інше топ

Good room size and value for Paris, comfortable, reasonably clean, equipped and quiet when windows are closed. Good choice of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would stay here again.
Pillows are a bit dated and could be replaced, and more power cords could be provided in the kitchen. We were awaken by neighbours at 3am as they got locked out of their apartment next door and stayed for an hour talking in the corridor. That was just bad luck because corridor is quiet, but if someone stops there it's like they were talking next to your bed.
