Apartamento completo e também a limpeza do mesmo.
Da localização. Ruas ao redor sujas, cheiro de sujeira e também parecia ser um local não tão seguro. Nas três noites que fiquei na acomodação as noites foram seguidas por muitos gritos, brigas, discussões pela madrugada toda que não dava para saber se era na rua ou casa/apartamento ao lado, foi insuportável.

Ótimo para uma pessoa a trabalho, curso ou um periodo rapido em SP, mercados e restaurantes próximos. Indicarei pra quem for pra aquela localidade. Principalmente quem for pra algum evento no Parque Anhembi, atende bem com custo/beneficio.
Não tive do que reclamar nessa hospedagem!

Simplesmente perfeito! Ótima localização, portaria, o Studio é incrível, compacto porém tudo bem arquitetado para aproveitar todo o espaço, muito limpo e confortável!!! Parabéns a Pulsar! Vou retomar mais vezes, certamente! Obrigado pelo carinho, chocolates pela atenção
