The location, the price and the layout
How extremely dirty it was, the fireplace in master bedroom didn't work, the master bathroom fan didn't work. Also the fact you could hear the person in the room next to us using the bathroom among other things.

Loved the beautiful condo and its location.
The 10 digit code to enter the condo worked when we arrived. However, after returning from dinner on Friday, it did not work after trying for 30 minutes. Called the 800 number and they could not assist. They connected me to a local person who arrived 30 minutes later and gave us a key to enter. Valerie was great!!!! Also, the toilet in the bathroom with the tub did not always flush. We had to add water to the stool to make it work. Some silverware was not clean in the drawer. I would also recommend updating the coffee maker. It only makes about 2 cups of coffee!
