La posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro storico di Alcudia. Il parcheggio lo abbiamo sempre trovato nelle vicinanze, consideriamo che siamo in una zona centrale chiusa al traffico e ne eravamo consapevoli. Di positivo è che era dotata di tutti i comfort: piastra cottura, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè.
Unica nota negativa. All’arrivo l’acqua era fredda e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per la sostituzione della bombola. Appena abbiamo chiamato sono venuti subito a sostituire la bombola. Nonostante la sostituzione della bombola però l’acqua veniva tratti bollente e a tratti gelata. Sicuramente un punto da migliorare.

Großzügiges Platzangebot, sehr gute Lage, ruhig
Nur zu Fuß erreichbar, externe Terasse schlecht nutzbar und ohne Sonnenschutz. Waschbeckenabfluss im Badezimmer anscheinend verstopft. Wasser lief extrem langsam ab. Der Schließstopfen fehlte und man schaute direkt in ein schwarzes ekliges Loch. Ausschliesslich Plastikdekopflanzen
