But hey it's cheap, i book on low season everything seemed quiet but nice, only thing I can complain is that the towel quality is bad smell old, aircon seemed a need of cleaning or its air intake also seep in the smell of sewer or old water something but not always just during the start of the operation, in my experience with island sewage is always a problem to island tourist sites. But hey if you're a budget and need to a place to sleep in this is the place. My complaints is not a big problem, you can still sleep in the night. NO INDIANS.

I stayed a couple of nights at this property so I could have a good look around the island without having to jump on the ferry twice a day. The room was fine for this purpose. Comfortable bed, water and toiletries daily, room to park bike of an evening, staff were great, location a stone's throw from the pier. Would stay again when visiting Koh Larn.

Hot water heater stopped working and staff asked why we were taking a shower this late at night. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
