It is located in the central part of Kenting, very near the bus stop (for those travel in by bus).
The owners operate a bubble tea store at the main entrance but allow parking of your rental scooter (need to inform).
In the evening, the night market is along the street, so food is always available. Convenient stores are also walking distance.
Only one issue was with the single use disposable towels. You won't be able to repeatedly use them (as in day and night showers).

The room was comfortable but too small and the windows led to a cleaning cupboard or the stair.. Nice old fixing, as in antique, which was pretty.
The reception was part of a family living room and on at least two or three occasions the teenage sons ate fish and other food and left the empty shells, dirty packages and other debris left over from a meal in the reception area for MORE than 5 hours. The only big let down, because it didn't smell nor look very nice whenever we returned.

It's very neat and clean. Not your typical modern room decoration but I think it's alright. They also have a water filling machine. Pretty close to the bus station and right in the night market street, very convenient. Also very close to the beach.
The cupboard has a smell but it didnt bother me until I open it. Soundproof system isnt as ideal, so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noises, please think about it. Hot water takes a few minutes, which I find it's a waste of water.
