Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Trotz der Lage in einem sehr verkehrsreichen Gebiet ist es Nachts relativ ruhig, wenn man mal von gelegentlichen Feuerwehreinsätzen absieht (die Feuerwehr sitzt gleich um die Ecke) Ich bin oft in Herne und Bochum unterwegs und kenne viele Wohnungen. Diese gehört klar zu obersten 10 %. Ich kann sie guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
Die Lage ist nicht unbedingt etwas für Naturliebhaber. Wer es aber verkehrsgünstig mag, der ist hier richtig.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Sehr angenehm zum übernachten. Ich war leider nur eine Nacht da. Aber sehr zufrieden.

Schönes 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit großer Küche und Bad; Doppelbett bequem. Perfekt für 2 Personen, zentral gelegen. Sonniger Balkon. Hier kann man es auch länger aushalten.
Balkon zur Hauptstraße könnte sauberer sein.
