Ngôi nhà có mùi gỗ dễ chịu, sân hiên rộng
Ngôi nhà to nhưng chỉ có 4 phòng ngủ. 2 phòng ngủ tầng 2 sát mái, rất thấp, chỉ có thể nằm ngồi dậy là bị cộc đầu. Các ghế Sofa cũng tính là giường nhưng để ngủ trên đó thì không thoải mái, không còn gọi là nghỉ dưỡng nữa. Khu tắm đứng nhỏ hẹp, khó xoay sở. Vì vậy phí tính trên số người ở quá cao là bất hợp lý, không tương xứng với giá trị tiền bỏ ra.
