Wonderful place would definitely stay again was super clean seemed quite new building had everything we need full kitchen lots of towels and good quality shampoo conditioner etc beach chairs umbrella cooler and beach towels super comfy bed and pillows. Location is only couple blocks to malecon and at quiet end Rooftop was lovely to watch sunsets and have coffee in mornings

The place is perfect for a long stay. Everything is brand new. Extra touches such as beach chairs, umbrella , beach towels makes for better beach days. We kept finding wonderful places to eat steps away such as Italian Testaurant. “La Casa de Madre” that is literally 300 ft away. Also La Chata for breakfast or lunch. No need to rent a car with the Malecon two blocks away and the Beach Bus for further journeys.

The location could not have been better, as it is three blocks to the Malecon! We easily walked to restaurants, shops, etc., as well as just walking the beautiful coastline. The studio was very clean and everything is new. There is plenty of equipment in the kitchen if you want to cook, although you probably won’t, considering all the wonderful food available!
Highly recommend Pineda Studios!
