A pleasant wilderness retreat awaits you and yours at this comfortable lake access Mio home! Under the sun, get your boat or jet skis on the water via the public boat launch. Kayaks are also available during your stay if you'd prefer to take a more peaceful glide. When you want to explore the area's park and trail systems, don your hiking shoes and indulge in possible rare bird-watching opportunities. There is no lack of fishing or hunting opportunities in the area as well. Right at your stay, you'll have access to a horseshoe pit and a gas grill, the perfect combination for afternoon hangouts with your loved ones.

When a break from the sun is warranted, head inside the centrally air-conditioned interior. With its open-concept layout and charming rustic mementos, you'll have no trouble getting comfortable quickly. The living room boasts an oversized sofa and a large smart TV - perfect for movie nights. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware you'll need. When it's time to eat, there is both a breakfast bar and a wooden dining table.

As evening nears, throw your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer for a refresh and tuck under the bedroom's soft linens.

Fireworks are not permitted on the lake.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
