Excellent location, great space with the 3 full bathrooms. Worked perfectly for 3 couples. The host was an excellent and prompt communicater both before and during the trip.

Immediately, upon entering this home, we were in awe. From the pristine kitchen and living area, to the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, to the rooftop terrace. This home is well-kept, in a safe neighborhood, and was extremely comfortable for three couples to enjoy a week together. It was in good proximity to some great restaurants and diners. And everywhere we went in San Diego only took about 15 minutes in drive time. The host were responsive to our needs, and we would certainly look forward to the next opportunity to stay in this beautiful place.

We had a great time staying at this new build. There was a bathroom for everyone, which is a blessing for us! They included a pack-n-play which saved us from having to bring one. We had ample space for 5 adults and an infant. Talking with the manager was simple and quick, any issues were quickly addressed and wr had a great stay! Would definitely recommend.

The place is within a 15 minute drive of most places we wanted to go to -- the beach, Zoo, SeaWorld, restaurants, etc. We could walk to a large park and restaurants. The place is fairly new with nice modern furnishings and appliances. Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom, making it nice for our family of 3 couples plus a toddler. The garage access was nice although very tight for a mini-van. Property manager was quick to respond to communications.
