Calendar shows 4 night price. Price drops for 5 or more nights. Studio 1bath sleeps 4, 1 king bed in an open concept studio for 2 and a queen pull-out sofa. Kitchenette, no stove. Balcony/terrace with view. If you are local, this is an opportunity of a grand scale. Walk to Coki Beach & Coral World. Red Hook & ferries are 12 minutes by car. Taxi & Concierge available in lobby. Email needs & dates.
Some 2 & 3 night weekdays & weekends. 2 & 4 person studios available in April-Dec. Email requested dates

Most Friday & Saturday nights are $375 per night for a studio. Sunday to Thursday is $325. Larger suites are more. Price per night reduces considerably on 5 or more nights. Inquire on pricing prior to booking. Specials may also be available
A negative Covid-19 swab style or Rapid test result 1-3 days of arrival from any US state is no longer required or a vaccination card.
The only additional cost outside of is the {USVI Environmental/Infrastructure Impact fee} you can research the term in brackets. This fee will be collected by the resort for the USVI government at check-in or check-out. This fee is not included with fees because the fee cannot be prepaid. The additional cost is $25 per night
The check-in process is the same as most major hotels. You may arrive as early as 11AM for pre-check. You may not be able to access your suite, but you may leave your luggage at the lobby and use any resort amenities available or leave the property and explore the area. The resort will contact you when the suite is ready, this could be ready anytime but usually no later than 4 PM.

The taxi drivers are great as was almost every single staff member on site. Definitely loud party place in most locations. Our room was quiet and clean. We understand that it is a vacation destination and some people are spring breakers and/or loud drinks. That said.....Use the taxis, don't rent a car.
