Cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath King Bed Suite near Sylvan Beach

We would definitely stay here again! This is a new build in a row of picturesque beach houses within an established neighborhood. My husband, children, and I could easily walk to the beach, to a Cuban restaurant for coffee and lunch, and to a corner mart for essentials. The unit itself feels like a townhome and has all new appliances, a great floor plan, and a design-minded interior. There's a lovely bedroom on the first floor with a private balcony (and a peak at the beach beyond the street level homes). The carpeted stairs to the second level split at the top, and each direction leads to a semi-private bedroom and bath. My husband and I had a second story balcony, a large bathroom with vanity seating, and a walk-in shower. The open floor plan in the kitchen/living room provided a lot of fun and socializing. I was truly surprised at the quality of the gas range with a built-in griddle and the baking pans, donut tins, and skillets that I'd expect in a well-loved home. Overall amazing!

The home is VERY clean and up-to-date! Well maintained! There is nothing to say negative about it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place. I work absolutely stay here. Quiet and relaxing...and we could walk to the Sylvan Beach park from it. Great location fir Kemah and the surrounding area.
