This adorable ski condo is nestled in the heart of Steamboat Springs! No matter the season, adventurers will appreciate the condo's proximity to Howelsen Hill Ski Area, Blackmer Trailhead, Yampa River Botanic Park, and Fish Creek Falls. Additional Steamboat Springs attractions include Old Town Hot Springs, Steamboat Art Museum, and Haymaker Golf Course.
From the moment you walk inside, you will feel at home amidst the comfortable furnishings, warm gas fireplace, and cheerful ambiance. The open living room effortlessly blends into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, the large corner table can host your entire family.
The bedrooms are equally sizable and cozy with their high-quality linens and simple decorations. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar interior amenities.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location! Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. However, it gets pretty hot in the evening with no AC. Some of the units in the building have portable ACs. I would absolutely rent from Vacasa again but not this unit unless it has a portable AC.

The location couldn’t be better! In downtown with an easy parking spot. Loved our time here and look forward to booking again!

The condo was very clean and quite roomy. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, and soft towels in the bathrooms. We had everything we needed and I appreciated with many large coffee mugs and the electric kettle. We will stay here again.

Location convenient, but make sure you have ear plugs. There were large parties at close by bars that were loud. To keep out sound, we had to close all windows and the place got quite warm. Also some older furniture. Nice couch but a reading chair had a tear in the middle of the seat.
