Great property. Beautiful scenery in the vineyards. The location had everything we needed. Outdoor cooking area with 3 grills stocked with everything you need. Pool was great as well as all the patio furniture outside. Inside kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool house was great and spacious, but not connected to the main house, so one couple was disconnected from the rest of us.

I rented the space for my two adult children, their wives and kids. It has two separate spaces and lots of outdoor space. The pool and pool area is where we spent most of our time. It was beautiful and a perfect spot for us. It’s very well appointed and comfortable. The stay was fantastic. 5 stars all around.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean. Close to Sonoma downtown.
We were very disappointed with a few things:
1. Before making the reservation I had specifically asked if the pool was heated and the person responding to us said yes it will always be heated to 80 degrees and that was not the case. We reached out to the person through the VRBO app and whoever responded said they will turn on the heater to 80 degrees. The contact person communicating with us on text by phone gave a contradictory message and said they will not heat the pool during this season and we need to pay $150 per day. This was not communicated to us during the booking.
2. There are two different people communicating on the app vs the contact person by phone and they both give us contradicting information.
3. We were supposed to check out on a Sunday and the cleaners showed up at the house on a Saturday and asked us if we were checking out and woke us up by banging on the doors and room doors multiple times even though we were sleeping. When opened the door, she showed us messages saying the property manager had sent her to clean the house even though we were not supposed to check out.
4.The week of the trip we received an email that said do not meter the property address on GPS it will not take you to the right location. However, there were no directions provided to get to the location and when I reached out to the property manager no one got back to us for a few days.
