This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end-unit offers panoramic mountain views, stylish interior upgrades, and the convenience of a private garage—making it an elevated home base for adventures in every season.

WINTER ADVISORY
The steep driveway can be challenging for 2WD vehicles. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended during snowy periods.

• Spring/Fall: every 40 minutes
Winter-Only Bonus:
• First Tracks On-Demand Shuttle — complimentary ~15-minute response directly to the base area

The property has stunning views of the Mount Crested Butte ski resort. The condo was clean, but the fixtures and furniture are quite old/dated.

Our Texas family of five enjoyed the condo. The walk to the bus stop was pretty far and there were icy conditions going down the driveway to walk to the bus stop. It was difficult getting in and out of the driveway. The couch in the living room should be replaced. The condo was neat and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The view of Mount Crested Butte was incredible. This condo is very well stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed the layout of 3 stories. It allowed our adult children their privacy and space.

The interior was a little dated and it was hot! No matter what you did, the heat stayed on. Also, it was a pet free rental, but the couch and carpet had definitely been visited by a long white fur pet. Everything else was good. Parking is a little tight for larger SUV
